A short experimental documentary about flat-weave rugs from the Middle East: the Kilims.
Shot in Turkey, Cyprus and Italy; edited together with unearthed super8 archival footage from 1972 and fragments of extended interviews with merchants who first collected and published books on the Kilims.
It's a very personal yet transgenerational journey through memory and history.
